Pid Ssr Wiring Diagram. Hopefully my digram below will make things a little clearer. I would like to ask you if i m doing anything wrong it looks to me as something is wrong especially with the heating element on the right side of the boiler.

The pid has 12 numbered screw terminals and the silver label diagram shows where the ssr and the thermocouple tc are wired to these.
Here is a pdf of the original wiring diagram and the modified one with the pid i am planning to use the rex c100 and 2 ssrs both for steam and brew. Solid state relay 40a 24 240v ac heat sink 80 x 50 x 50 m but there wiring diagram is a little confusing to me i don t know which pins to put the plugin wires on. However it s not instantly clear what to do with the ssr and how and where to power everything. On the ssr top 2 pins are labelled load bottom 2 pins input.
