If you have a trip switch it will be on or near your fusebox your fusebox will always be near to your electricity meter. I did a google search and one result suggested the rf from the smart meters transceiver was upsetting the rcd. If tripping occurs again it is probably being caused by a faulty appliance.
Open the cover on the consumer unit to see which switches have tripped to the off position.
