The black wire line and white neutral connect to the receptacle terminals and another 2 wire nm that travels to the next receptacle. In the diagram below a 2 wire nm cable supplies line voltage from the electrical panel to the first receptacle outlet box. The wiring and connections will depend on where the power enters the circuit.
This repeats until the end of the chain.
